T Is for Tekka Maki
If you look closely, he is really eating ebi maki. Mommy ordered in sushi after Asa grabbed his letter T magnet off of the wall and said "tekka maki." So, in this case T is for technicality.
Note: Asa knows all about sushi from his extensive reading on the subject.
