Mister Pea

For Asa's first halloween, he dressed as a pea in a pod.

Pretty appropriate since Mister P is one of his nicknames. Depending on the occasion, P stands for P(aparo), P(ea), P(ee), P(oop), P(ierogi), P(otato, Sweet).

I Ate the Whole Thing

Here's a good shot of Asa's two front teeth, as well as the yogurt and sweet potatoes he ate for dinner.

Yes, he was wearing a bib.

Asa enjoys a mouthful of sweet potatoes and rice cereal.

[Note: It was daddy's first time feeding Asa, and he may have missed his mouth once or twice.]

With a face still showing traces of breakfast, Asa shows off his Stuy onesie.

Waking Daddy

This is what goes on in the Paparo household on weekend mornings.

"Do you think I can wake daddy by putting my finger in his eye?"

Upright Asa

This shot is a bit blurry, but it's the only one we have that shows Asa almost sitting on his own. Here he is getting a little help from daddy.

On a side note, check out Asa's grabby toes. He has miniature versions of daddy's feet.

A Roll in the Morning

Yesterday morning mommy left Asa on his back on his Gymini for a minute while she made breakfast. When she returned he was on his tummy. At first she thought she was mistaken, but then she watched as he went from tummy to back and over again (and off the rug).

This morning Asa is rolling again. Mommy wishes she had this much energy at 6am.
